When is the deposit and admin fee due?
standard deposit is due at the time of application process. The administrative fee is due no later than scheduled move-in date. Conditional deposit is due within 72 hours of application processing. In lieu of conditional deposit, applicants may use Rhino.
What is the cost to replace a key or fob?
