Yes. Holes will need to be filled upon vacating.

No. Grills can be stored at the community but will need to be at least 10 feet away from the building when in use.

We recommend only patio furniture, plants, and holiday decorations on patios.

| Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies? |
Yes. As long as the structure of the buildings are not compromised.
