Driving directions
The leasing office address, 801 N Rome Ave. 1531 W Lemon St. is the address where the apartments are located.
I - 275 Northbound towards downtown Tampa. Take the Dale Mabry West Exit 41A. Turn left onto Kennedy Boulevard. Turn left on North Rome Avenue. Leasing office will be on the right: 801 North Rome Avenue, Tampa, Fl 33606
I-275 Southbound toward downtown Tampa. Take the Downtown East/West exit #45A toward Ashley Street. Follow signs to follow Ashley Street. Turn Right on Kennedy Boulevard. Turn Right on North Rome Avenue. Leasing office will be on the right.
Tour Parking:
When you arrive for your tour, you will have a couple of parking options. We have free parallel parking on Rome and Lemon street right outside of our main leasing office; if those spots are full, you can pull directly into the garage on the first floor, there are 6 visitor spaces to the left of the front gate, you will need to scan the QR code and pay via ParkM ($3 per hr.)
