Yes. Charges to patch holes may apply at move-out.

Yes. Charges to paint the apartment back to standard may apply at move-out.

| Can residents install curtain rods in their apartment? |
Yes. Charges to remove curtain rods and patch holes may apply at move-out.

| Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies? |
No. There is not a grill on-site.

| Can residents decorate their patio/balcony? |
Yes, balconies and patios shall be kept neat and clean at all times. No rugs, towels, laundry, clothing, appliances or other items shall be stored, hung or draped on railings or other portions of balconies or patios.

| Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies? |
Yes. You may install 1 satellite dish or antenna with a signed addendum, provide us with written evidence of the liability insurance, and pay an additional $100 security deposit

| Can residents smoke on their patio/balcony? |
No
