A company must report credit to Experian Business or Dun & Bradstreet. To request the full list of minimum requirements please contact [email protected]. We charge a $100 application fee to process a corporate application.
The owner must apply and be approved as an individual lease according to the property’s screening standards (credit, income & criminal background) prior to submitting a corporate application. We will then screen the company and add if approved.
Yes, UDR requires a criminal only background check (forms and photo IDs required) on all occupants 18 years and older – must be provided at least 48 hours before move in.
May not lease to your occupants nightly or weekly – minimum 30+ day stay requirements for all occupants. UDR requires background checks (forms and photo IDs required) on all occupants 18 years and older – must be run by UDR, cannot be 3rd party screening. Occupant forms and photo IDs must be provided at least 48 hours before move in.
