Yes. Wall must be repaired where TV mounted.

| Can residents paint their apartment? |
Yes. If they paint their apartment back before move out. Needs to be coverable with one coat of paint for them. Nothing Dark.

| Can residents install curtain rods in their apartment? |
Yes. Yes must repair holes after take down

| Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies? |
No. $500 Fine if Fire Department finds a Grill on the leased premises

| Can residents decorate their patio/balcony? |
With patio furniture & plants. Patio/Balconies are not to be used for storage.

| Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies? |
Yes. Satellites can only be clamped to the railing cannot be screwed into the building and cannot be mounted on the roof. Has to be inside your leased premises inside your patio/balcony.
