Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies?	Yes. Open flame grills must not be used on the balconies or patios. They must be 15' away from all structures when in use. Grills can be stored on patios
Can residents decorate their patio/balcony?	Yes with out door appropriate decorations
Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies?	Yes. They must be mounted inside the patio or balcony rails
