The office has been helpful (Tia and Chrystle). 4 star because there is lots of so called "upgrades" going on that bring us more bad (noise, malfunctioning) stuff than good. The picture: I had lock issue since they "upgraded" us from Yale to SmartRent lock. I was kicked back and force by maintenance and SmartRent since 9/18. This issue resolved 10/31 with maint...
